• Wear each pre-filled tray for the recommended time, typically 30–60 minutes. Do not exceed the recommended duration. Remove the trays, discard them, and brush away any residual gel.
  • Avoid staining foods and drinks for at least 2 hours after use (such as coffee, tea, red wine, berries, and tobacco). Whitening temporarily increases enamel porosity, and stain uptake is higher.
  • Expect temporary tooth sensitivity or mild gum irritation. This is common. Use fluoride toothpaste or a desensitizing product if needed. If sensitivity becomes significant, reduce frequency to every other day.
  • Do not use trays on exposed roots or areas with active decay unless your dentist has cleared them for use. Do not swallow gel.
  • Whitening results vary; deeper intrinsic stains may require professional in-office treatment for full correction.
  • Store unused trays in a cool place. Do not freeze or expose to heat.
  • Contact the office if gum irritation persists or if sharp tooth pain develops.
