What’s the recovery time for full arch implants?
After implants are placed, osseointegration begins, which is the process by which the implants bond with surrounding bone tissue. This process is instrumental to the success of your treatment and can take 3 – 6 months to complete. We’ll cover your implants with temporary teeth during this interim period. When your implants have fully healed, we’ll attach abutments (connectors) to hold your new teeth in place and wait for them to heal (approximately two weeks) before attaching permanent implant dentures.
